PDF Manager is a free, browser-based toolkit for PDF processing. All tools operate entirely on your local device. No files are uploaded to any server operated by Open Vision. The application is provided free of charge for personal and professional use.

3. Permitted Use

You may use PDF Manager to:

  • Process, convert, edit, and manage PDF documents you own or have lawful right to modify
  • Use AI-powered features with your own valid API credentials
  • Share the application with others for lawful purposes

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use PDF Manager to:

  • Process documents you do not own or lack lawful permission to modify
  • Remove copyright protection or watermarks without authorization
  • Circumvent security or access controls on documents you are not entitled to access
  • Engage in any unlawful activity

5. AI-Powered Tools

AI tools require you to provide your own API key from a third-party provider. You are solely responsible for the use of your API key, compliance with the API provider's terms of service, and any charges incurred.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF Manager is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Open Vision makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the tools or their output. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Vision Engineering shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PDF Manager, including but not limited to data loss, document corruption, or incorrect output.

8. Intellectual Property

The PDF Manager application, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Open Vision Engineering. Third-party libraries are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction in which Open Vision Engineering operates.
